Presenta sus tres conciertos hechos en septiembre del año 2022 en el Sony Hall de la ciudad de New York, Estados Unidos, donde tocaron en cada noche uno de sus tres primeros álbumes en su totalidad: Blue Öyster Cult de 1972, Tyranny and Mutation de 1973, y Secret Treaties de 1974.
Los conciertos tienen la participación de su baterista original y miembro fundador, Albert Bouchard.
Su primer sencillo compartido es I’m On The Lamb But I Ain’t No Sheep (50th Anniversary Live).
